Kellen Balazy grew up in Denver, Colorado, where his parents still live and where he loves to spend time. He helps with managing properties in Los Angeles, Denver, and Winter Park, Colorado.

He now resides in Los Angeles and has experience living in different areas of the city. His love of music and recording audio brought him here to attend Loyola Marymount University. Kellen earned a B.A. from LMU, specializing in recording arts for the music industry, with experience in audio for film. His interests include music production/DJing, horror movies, video games, streaming, skiing, tennis, cooking (and he makes a great taco!).

He has been involved in service work since a young age, volunteering in hospital therapeutic recreation departments. He runs a charity-based partnered Twitch channel raising money for Ablegamers, Autistic Self Advocacy Network, Craig Hospital Foundation, Trans Lifeline, Humane Society, Kidney Research UK, Stack Up, and St Jude.

He has helped first-time millennial and Gen Z buyers. He handles vintage homes in mid-city, plus more modern homes in Marina/Venice area. He developed a specialization working with content creators, who are looking for properties with spaces perfect for home studios/creative spaces.

He approaches real estate as a service business for his clients. He has extensive experience helping buyers find the right income properties and upgrading them to become luxury rentals. He has 10 years’ experience in property management and is experienced working with clients who require strict professional confidentiality across multiple industries.

This unique city— and finding all the little areas that best fit each person— is what keeps Kellen curious, intrigued, and loving this city.
